Consultancy in Strategic Design has provided managers an interesting holistic analysis, which allowed the identification of GAPS industry and understanding of the needs to pursue the restructuring project.
The end result was possible in the generation of nearly 60 enablers activities that will support the development of new projects for the next 24 months. In addition, these enablers actions will enable greater efficiency in studying the opportunities for the entire industry and consequently a comparative basis to measure the expected results.
The key demand in the project was the sector innovation and renewal so that each and every stakeholder could slow but sure adjust to the dramatic scenario.
Business Analysis Framework (BAF) was the major tool applied in the project. The process,involves a comprehensive analysis and accurate diagnosis of the current scenario and entrepreneurial context in conjunction with the Design Thinking practices toward collaborating and producing innovative outcomes for remodeling business, besides playing a pivotal role to stimulate the stakeholders` creativity, with their distinctive management approaches.
