What it is
At first it was necessary a survey of all the table data banks on Private Pension and Entity Relationship Diagram (SISPREV and DER). Such systems make use of COBOL and CENTURA technology. The company had to start the documentation work basically from the fields involved in the system, making a distinct division into modules to simplify the information-related material, formulation of business rules, up to drawing schematic diagrams.
Upon ADDTECH work, all pieces of system and table information were compartmentalized such as benefits module, collection module and so forth.
A documentation module was also defined which comprised relevant information to be referred to such as which systems would be part of the process. Once determined, all the changes in the system produce subsequent reports, supporting documentation, business rules, and related diagrams (objective, system identification and respective tables, screen/page, change requirements including name and date, and the one responsible for the change and so on.
