What it is
Systems Integration Project for implementation of 1746 helpline enables better management and control by City Hall bodies, thus increasing productivity and improving service rendering to citizens.
Besides gathering all requirements and demands at a single headquarters, it makes it possible to distribute demands and requirements to the other City Hall bodies, previously collected by the call center. Such service pattern is offered in New York City, in The States.
There was the need for better management and control by the City Hall bodies. Thus it would raise productivity, make possible cost reduction, maximize the prompt response to Rio de Janeiro citizens´ needs and demands as well as increase visibility of the technical staff as about requirements and demands and their respective rate.
Dashboard use at Operational Center where each and every City Hall body is duly monitored while aiming to become a national reference point.
The Project was divided into three phases. ADDTECH was then in charge of Integration of Systems as between Sanitary Surveillance (VISA), Civil Defense, and Rio Águas (Works and Water Storm Management) bodies, besides the General Management System (SGRC).
It also developed a monitoring system via Dashboard that displays real-time integration as of transactions performed on each side (SGRC x Departmental Systems).
For such goal, ADDTECH made use of an ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), which synchronizes information trafficked in an intelligent and secure manner, by using internet as a means to XPI Magic platform.
